Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 945 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on this website, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 945 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above who are in a jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is lawful.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
- Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- 945 reserves the right to reject registrations or suspend accounts without providing a reason.
Password Security
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account.
- Never share your password with anyone, including 945 customer support staff.
- You are solely responsible for any activity that takes place through your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 945 platform solely for lawful purposes and must not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or third parties. Specific prohibitions applicable to all users include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to defraud the system or exploit any technical vulnerabilities.
- Committing identity fraud or using another party's payment information without authorisation.
- Distributing harmful, inciting, or false content through the platform.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
- Balances in accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
- 945 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Users suspended for violating the terms will not be entitled to a deposit refund.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 945 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards.
The minimum deposit is RM10. Funds are credited instantly for Boost and TNG. Bank transfers take 5–30 minutes. 945 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours upon completion of account verification. Funds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identification card. This process is typically completed within one business day and only needs to be done once.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 945 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or freedom from technical interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 945 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 945 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, create derivative works from, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 945.
Third-Party Links
The 945 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers and licensed game providers. 945 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
945 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the account is being used for fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the violating activity.
Changes to Terms
945 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 945 platform shall be resolved through the procedures established under Malaysian jurisdiction. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
